Kathleen Cellucci, President & CEO

Kate Cellucci is the Founder of SolarPower93, LLC, a Women-Owned Business/Commercial Solar Power & Geothermal Company that designs, builds, installs and maintains solar electric systems using leading edge, cost effective technology. Ms. Cellucci began her career as General Counsel for O’Brien Environmental Energy, a developer of large alternative energy projects. The company was acquired by N.R.G. Generating (NYSE-NRG) and Ms. Cellucci went on to Co-Found Berwyn Capital Investments, Inc. In addition to her legal & energy expertise, Ms. Cellucci has over 20 years experience in financing and commercial real estate services.

John H. Cellucci, Executive Vice President & COO

John has 20+ years of extensive and diverse work experience that spans North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. John’s business experience includes manufacturing, engineering, business product and process re-design, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, licensing, sales, marketing, strategy and development of distribution channels. He also is the third generation in a family engineering and construction business that has more than 80 years of experience in the U.S. mid-Atlantic region.

Having been fortunate to work with companies such as Johnson Controls, PSE&G and Fedders International, as well as small companies in industries such as lithium-ion battery manufacturing and waste heat/pollution control manufacturing, John has gained valuable insight which will benefit SolarPower93 customers. With proven expertise in the fields of energy, energy services, alternative energy, manufacturing of HVAC and energy equipment, wireless technologies, solar, wind, fuel cells, as well as geothermal, energy efficiency, and sustainability, John is qualified to design the most efficient alternative energy systems for SolarPower93 customers. John is a PMP certified project manager and also has degrees include a BA, MBA, JD and LLM in International Business Transactions. John is certified as a Solar PV designer and installer under Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC) and a Geothermal designer and distributor of EarthLinked Technologies.

William E. Fitch, III, P.E., Vice President of Engineering

Bill is a key member of the SolarPower93 team who brings more than 20+ Years in electrical engineering for commercial and industrial customers, including more than 10 years with Exelon Corporation (PECO Energy). He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, New York, Virginia, North Carolina, and California. Bill received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University, and is affiliated with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering & Surveying. Bill’s experience encompasses several different engineering functions including formal training in the design process. He has performed detailed studies, design engineering, component engineering, project leadership, technical oversight, and field engineering during construction and commissioning. He has performed in various commercial, mission critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, and nuclear power plant settings. Projects have included corporate offices, research laboratories, animal housing and care, manufacturing facilities, mission critical facilities, substation, and electrical distribution system design. He has been responsible for the design of power distribution, emergency power, lighting, fire alarm, various forms of equipment controls, and creating both purchase and installation specifications. Bill’s work history includes large scale projects for clients such as Cabot Corp., PQ Corp., ALCOA, Tyco, W.R. Grace, Merck & Co., Bristol-Meyers Squibb, TEVA Pharmaceuticals, Boeing, ConocoPhillips Refinery, and Exelon/PECO.

Bill’s electrical distribution background has supported his Photovoltaic design effort. His PV design portfolio includes systems that range from 35 KW to 5 MW.

Jeffrey Thoms, P.E. Structural Engineering

Jeff is SolarPower93’s elite structural engineer and project manager / construction manager who has focused on the government and industrial sectors. Specialization includes: elementary schools, middle schools, waste water treatment plants, and telecommunication systems spread over 8 states. These telecommunication systems required extensive analysis of the existing roof structures where the installations were placed. Analyzing load capabilities and wind is a primary concern when installing solar arrays for rooftops, which makes Jeff a valuable asset of the SolarPower93 team. Currently, Jeff’s main focus is on solar farms of 5+ megawatt systems.

Some of Jeff’s earlier achievements include work on one of the mill buildings at the Bethlehem Steel Plant and two additions for what was then known as Lucent Technologies. He also developed a design spreadsheet for circular prestressed-concrete water storage tanks. Most recently, Jeff has become involved in several projects for the federal government including an addition to the William J. Hughes testing facility in Atlantic City, New Jersey and a structural analysis of the existing concrete roof of the Vanderbilt Mansion in Hyde Park, New York. Jeff also contributed the structural design for the new handrails and glass guards for the reopening of the Statue of Liberty on July 4, 2009.

Jeff has a B.A.E. in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University and is licensed structural engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia, South Carolina, and Tennessee

Robert Grabus, Vice President of Corporate Accounts

Bob brings 30 years of corporate real estate and development experience to the Advisory Board, an in-depth knowledge of the energy industry having worked for PECO Energy, an Exelon Company, for 10 years. Previous to that position, Bob was Senior V.P. of Bell Atlantic Properties where he managed a $billion real estate portfolio of corporate real estate properties. He now provides SolarPower93 with his valuable counsel on numerous energy and real estate issues involved with commercial and industrial customers.

Dave Hoglund, Vice President of Health Care Markets

David H. Hoglund is also President and Founder of Integra Systems, Inc. Integra Systems, a thirteen-year old engineering consultancy business. Dave has more than 25 years expertise and experience in all areas of wireless technologies specializing in medical device engineering design and wireless communication systems. Dave has implemented systems for such notable companies as Philips Medical Systems, Siemens Medical, Cardinal Health, Draeger Medical, Hewlett Packard, Biotronik, Inc., and Johnson Controls. Dave is now translating his experience with the healthcare and manufacturing industries into the renewable energy markets.

Karen Grous, President of a WBE certified Electrical Contracting Company – Strategic Alliance Partner

Karen has over 18 years of experience in electrical contracting and is a licensed master electrician in the States of PA and NJ. She manages a team of electricians that support the installation of Solar PV, Solar Thermal and Geothermal Systems for SolarPower93.

Blair Lyon, Chairman and Founder of TMX Interactive Inc.

Blair has more than 19 years of international experience creating and growing high technology start-ups. He brings a wealth of experience, guidance and coaching abilities to the SolarPower93 team. In addition, Blair provides counsel on various issues such as business strategy, fund raising, Internet marketing, technology applications, systems integration, sales force effectiveness, product marketing and supply chain optimization.

As Founder and CEO of TMX from 1999 to 2009, Blair led TMX to the IAC’s (Interactive Advertising Competition) Agency of the Year Award 4 years in a row, Forbes best of the Web, Ben Franklins Top Management Team and helped secure a breakthrough U.S. Patent for rich media delivery and tracking technology. Industry leading client experience included LG Mobile, Northwestern Mutual, Eli Lilly, Verizon Wireless and Ford Motor Company.

Prior to TMX, Blair was a founding member and the head of marketing for DuPont ESnet, a new venture division dedicated to streamlining the development cycle for leading apparel retailers with their global supply chain. He was the architect of multimedia consulting programs for a number of leading clients including Calvin Klein, Liz Claiborne and the Limited Group

William McLaughlin, President of McLaughlin & Morgan, Inc. & Founder of the Irish American Business Chamber & Network

Bill is the President of McLaughlin & Morgan, Inc., a business development company for U.S. and international companies. Some of his clients include ICON, Siemens, Wyeth, GlaxoSmithKline, ICT, Cross Atlantic Capital Partners, and GMAC. Bill was recently selected by Business & Finance Magazine, Dublin, Ireland as “One of the 100 most influential Business Leaders in Ireland and the USA”.
